Niels is also a consultant with the Fielding Graduate Institute's Institute for Social Innovation, using appreciative inquiry to assist with strategic planning and group facilitation, and assesses cultural and linguistic competency with a variety of organizations.... When he is not doing that, he is also on faculty at Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC, Canada, in the School of Leadership, where he teaches and supervises Masters learners.
